We’re very excited to announce that we are joining the Arctic Race of Norway (ARN) in August!

The race, now in its 4th year, starts on Thursday 11 August and runs until Sunday 14 August. The ARN is the world’s most northerly elite cycle race and 2016’s route will take in both sides of the Arctic Circle.

22 teams will compete, including 11 World Teams– the highest number in the race’s history. This is also the highest number for a Norwegian professional cycling race, so it’s pretty cool that we get to be a part of it this year.

The ARN, which is run by ASO (the body behind the Tour de France) will start in Fauske and finish in the Arctic Circle at Bodø. The highest point of the race is within the Arctic Circle, 680m above sea level at Saltfjellet. The route will also cross the Helgeland Bridge.

We'll join the race for the duration with an ebove bike as part of the official ARN stand, which will be a feature of the Race Village that follows the Tour.

The Village is open to the general public, and we’re joining the ARN stand to add a cycling experience that’s interactive and memorable for spectators to try.

This is a great opportunity for us, and one which fits perfectly with helping to raise our profile within both the Norwegian and international cycling community. This year’s race is set to be bigger and better than ever, so we’re very much looking forward to being a part of it.

We will post more information nearer the time, but we just thought we’d share this exciting development with you for now!
